TWINS PARTY TRAYS
At TWINS CATERING, we use only the finest premium meats & cheeses for our party trays and platters. We buy our CHOICE roast beef aged and slow cook it ourselves. Our turkey is all white meat turkey breast, never processed. And we use premium Genoa salami. Our cheeses are aged and made from natural whole milk. Twins Famous Antipasto
Our Antipasto Salad is practically a meal in itself! We start with a bed of crisp iceberg lettuce, black olives, and tomatoes. We then pile on loads of diced Genoa salami, Italian pepperoni, fresh deli ham, provolone cheese, garbanzo beans, and top it all off with pepperoncini. Served in rectangular aluminum pans for easy serving.

Our cheese tray has cubes of Swiss, Cheddar & Hot Pepper Cheese. Our Meat Tray has cubes of Genoa salami, deli ham, and pepperoni. Both trays come with mustard cup.
